Recently, in the face of severe flood and typhoon prevention challenges brought by typhoon weather at sea, Lianyungang Maritime Safety Administration has adhered to the principle of "proactive and precise prevention and control", quickly held a typhoon prevention work scheduling meeting, and comprehensively deployed typhoon prevention and control tasks in its jurisdiction. In this tough battle against typhoons, the Smart Maritime Ship Traffic Management System (VTS) serves as the "strongest brain" for comprehensive inspection and point-to-point warning. As the core console solution provider of the project, Anlps builds a solid hardware base and operation center with customized console as the smart maritime prevention and control system, providing full chain technical support for the efficient closed-loop landing of typhoon prevention.
1. Accurate scheduling, supported by the hard core of the 'smart center'
Every second counts in the typhoon prevention work. Lianyungang Maritime Safety Administration relies on the intelligent maritime supervision system and VTS system to conduct comprehensive dynamic inspections of key water areas such as Guanhekou and offshore wind farms, and implement "point-to-point" accurate warning reminders for ships in its jurisdiction. In this highly integrated command scene, the Anlps console, as the core equipment for the interaction between the personnel on duty and the information system, plays a key role as a hub.
The console solution tailored by Anlps for this project is deeply adapted to the needs of high-strength, multi-dimensional monitoring and scheduling work during typhoon prevention. Through the three-dimensional integration of multi screen linkage and communication equipment, Anlps scientifically embedded key equipment such as VHF cluster, AIS terminal and radar signal into the console, so that when implementing the ship roll call and dynamic tracking, the watchman can ensure that "eyes are not away from the key picture, and the operation is within reach", effectively ensuring that the early warning information can be accurately transmitted to every ship in the area at the first time.
2. On duty 24/7, guarding the "lifeline" of maritime safety
As a maritime frontline command center, the Ship Traffic Management Center needs to maintain uninterrupted operation 24/7, especially during typhoon prevention window periods. Long term "screen watching" and high-frequency communication by duty personnel pose extremely high requirements for equipment stability and human tolerance. In the work of typhoon prevention, the Anlps console gives full play to the value of the intelligent hub, realizes deep adaptation with the intelligent maritime VTS system, and completes the centralized integration, multi screen collaboration and synchronous presentation of multi-source data such as radar monitoring, ship positioning, water area monitoring, early warning information and dispatching instructions.

In addition to intelligent functions, Anlps console strictly follows the professional standards of the maritime industry, adopts marine ergonomic design and high-strength industrial materials, fully meeting the all-weather and high load operation requirements of the command center. Its stable equipment performance and convenient operating experience effectively reduce operational fatigue and potential failure risks caused by long-term duty, providing solid hardware support for maritime command and dispatch in extreme typhoon weather, and fully escorting the complete closed-loop landing of typhoon emergency work from early warning to disposal.
3. Deeply cultivating smart maritime affairs, empowering water safety governance and upgrading with professional intelligent control
Anlps helped Lianyungang MSA to prevent typhoon and flood, which is another successful practice of deepening the field of smart maritime and enabling water safety management. Over the years, Anlps has always focused on the needs of maritime digital transformation, relying on a mature overall console solution, to provide a solid support for the upgrading of intelligent control, emergency scheduling and security prevention and control systems for maritime units in many places across the country, and to effectively promote the comprehensive leap of maritime supervision from traditional manual duty to intelligent perception, precise disposal and efficient scheduling.
In the future, Anlps will continue to deepen its efforts in the field of intelligent transportation and water safety emergency management and control, constantly optimize product technology and scenario based solutions, and help more customers improve the efficiency of emergency management, command and dispatching with more professional intelligent control products and services that better meet the needs of the industry, so as to protect public safety.
